You can cancel your Plus or Custom subscription at any time with 30 days notice.

Here's a breakdown on all of our plans:

Basic Plan - This plan ONLY allows users to accept Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments and you are paid out on completed orders within 2 days directly into your Bank Account via Stripe.

Plus Plan - This plan gives you everything you get with the Basic Plan but it adds on the ability to accept PayPal payments. For orders processed via PayPal you are manually paid out either on a weekly or a monthly basis.

Custom Plan - This plan is ideal for users who either cannot access Stripe or need a more custom solution for accepting payments and receiving payouts. All payouts on this plan are processed manually either on a weekly or monthly basis.

Despite Stripe now being our default payout method for orders that come in via Card, Apple and Google Pay, we understand that not everyone will be able to use Stripe for a number of reasons (e.g. country of residence). 

If this describes your situation we will continue to provide the manual weekly and monthly payouts via your chosen method of payout. As you can appreciate, this increases our admin and processing time as we are growing month-on-month and in order to continue giving you a first class service, you will be migrated onto our fully managed Featurely Custom Plan.

Your page will be able to process payments via Stripe, however the money will sit in your Featurely Account until you are able to successfully connect your account to Stripe.
